REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW CONTRACT BOND ACCOUNTS
- Fiscal year end financial statements for the
past 3 years and interim statement if available.
(Compilation statements must include a list of
accounts payable and receivable as of fiscal
year end.)*
- Personal financial statement of all owners
dated the same as the latest business financial
statement.
- Completed Contractors Questionnaire form.*
- Completed Status of Contracts schedule.*
- Current Bond Request form for any upcoming
projects which need to be bonded.*
*At your request we will forward copies of these
applications to you.
