Harriet  R. Reilly - President

Harriet is the president and founder of Pinnacle Insurance Agency, INC. She is celebrating her 50th year in the insurance industry. She is the past president and regional director of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction). Currently she serves on the board of FWC (Federation of Women Contractors).  Additionally, she serves on the diversity council of CNA Insurance Company. Besides managing our agency she is actively engaged in sales and training.

Dale A. Reilly - Treasurer

Dale joined Pinnacle in 1989. He oversees all financial operations including pension, payroll, cash flow, profit and loss statements and financial relations with carriers. Additionally, he is in charge of purchasing and IT.

Carol Schumacher. - Commercial Lines Manager

After careers in banking and government, Carol joined Pinnacle in 1998 and is in charge of policy changes, certificates of insurance, and audits. Carol will monitor your payrolls and sales during the policy year in order to help you avoid any additional premium surprises.

Anne Rowcliff - Marketing Manager

Anne’s insurance career, which spans more than 20 years, includes positions in Risk Management and marketing. She submits applications for coverage to our carriers and works closely with their underwriters to secure the proper coverage at the most competitive pricing. Additionally, Anne manages relationships with our carriers as well as producing proposals for our current and prospective clients

Blanca Townsend - Claims and Bonds Manager

Blanca has spent ten years in the insurance industry. She joined Pinnacle in 2002. Her current duties include managing the claims process, advocating for our insured from start to finish. In addition, Blanca also gathers, submits, and places bonds with our fidelity and surety markets. Fluent in Spanish, Blanca acts as our in-house interpreter when the need arises.

Helen Nottingham - Accounting Assistant

After a long and distinguished career in business, Helen began a new career in 2000 when she joined the Pinnacle community. Helen works closely with our treasurer. Her responsibilities include accounts receivable and payable. 

Kim Day - Personal Lines  &  Life and Health Assistant

With 20 years in the insurance industry at both the carrier and agency level, Kim oversees all aspects of personal lines coverage. She assists in the management and service of life and health accounts on both the insurance carrier and client side. Her extensive experience provides great value to our customers.  Recently Kim has stepped to the plate to lend her expertise to our growing life and health department

Mark  J. Peterson - Vice President      Business / Life & Health 

Mark is a certified OSHA compliance trainer and is a member of the National Society of safety engineers. He combines these talents with his insurance background in order to provide his clients with an insurance program that is sensitive to their needs. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Mark worked in the manufacturing area so he is able to bring many great ideas to his clients based upon prior experience.

Nancy Leptich - Account Executive Business / Life & Health

Nancy has spent ten plus years providing excellent health, life, and benefits for her clients. She is a true risk manager who can also provide commercial and personal insurance. Nancys’ expertise is seeing the whole picture as she reviews your account and making great suggestions for improvements that will save money and round out the coverage.

Nancy Melin - Account Executive Business / Life & Health

Nancy’s background is in sales and marketing. She was awarded the most outstanding officer nationally for the business honor society. Nancy is a new member of the Pinnacle Community who joined us in 2008. In the few years that she has been involved in the insurance industry, she has already made a name for herself providing excellent, timely service.

Jeff Horn - Account Executive  Business / Life & Health

For the past 18years, Jeff has been a commercial marketing specialist.  As the newest team member of Pinnacle, he will bring fresh money saving ideas to you as he reviews your coverages.  You may also look to him for all life, health, and personal lines products.  He likes what he does and his expertise shows.  Give him a call.
